The Shoewhorse loves spring. A time of rebirth and renewal when flowers bloom big and bright, and my butt dumplings smell more like fresh green grass than smoldering dung.

In keeping with the spirit of spring, the Shoewhorse has entered a state of rebirth and renewal. As you can see, I’ve taken my brood and left the stuffy (though cozy) stable of Fran Magazine and now run and graze the infinite pastures of www.shoewhorse.com. Updates will be blowing in the wind like dandelion spores, rest assured.

Feed Bag and I are working overtime on a trio of features. We’ll be taking a look at some of the slip-on shoes that have flooded the market recently.

We’re also working on a collection of mid-height shoe reviews and a tribute to skate shoes (new and old) that have little-to-no puffiness.

We’re making hooves out of epoxy, too, but you wouldn’t be interested in that … would you?
